Refund Policy
UYLC finalizes financial and contractual arrangements with staff and providers in advance based on each family’s contracted agreement. These obligations and commitments require families to make a financial commitment for the full contracted term. If for any reason an enrolled learner does not participate in programming for the full contracted term, 100% of the contracted programming fees remain due and must be paid in full.
